In this partnership, Tianhan Steel Structure has signed an equipment procurement contract with Jiatai Laser, purchasing three Wide-Format Seamless Splicing Laser Cutting Machines, including one 20,000W device and two 40,000W devices. Additionally, the customer plans to add two Jiatai 60,000W ultra-high-power laser cutting machines in 2025.
This machine model features customizable formats to meet the needs of various enterprises. It is equipped with the BOCHU intelligent system to effectively address processing challenges. Users also have the option to integrate the new intelligent vision material cutting system, which enables one-click scanning, layout, and cutting, eliminating the need for manual measurements and significantly reducing labor costs. Furthermore, the equipment can be configured with bevel cutting functions, supporting various bevel applications such as V, I, X, Y, K, and gradient shapes, and includes visual calibration and automatic error correction to ensure cutting precision.
This collaboration combines Jiatai Laser's advanced laser cutting technology with Tianhan Steel Structure's deep industry expertise. Together, they will push forward the intelligent upgrade of steel structure manufacturing.
